Mounting the 5cm longer aluminium swing arm (Kitaco) was no big thing. The polished aluminium wheels (Kitaco again) are in place and look great. Front and rear brake panels have been polished. I bought a new foot-brake lever, the old one was too heavily bent.
New chain and sprockets were fitted. The chain needs to be a littler longer now, due to the longer swing-arm.
What is
left to be done now?
I intend to make this bike road-legal as a "real" motorbike, this is possible here in Germany only with pre-1988 models.
I still need :
- a headlight with high/low position
- a taillight with number-plate holder
- a braking-light switch
- ignition switch with key
and of course: A BIGGER
ENGINE !
